Meet the Founder:

Kinspire Events was founded by Heather Hammond, CFRE, a Minnesota-based fundraising and events professional with nearly fifteen years of experience in nonprofit development, corporate engagement, volunteer leadership, and large-scale event strategy.

Heather has led and supported hundreds of events across healthcare, human services, advocacy, and community-based organizations. She has built corporate sponsorship programs from the ground up, managed peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives, led cross-functional volunteer and planning teams, and created systems that help organizations grow sustainable, relationship-driven revenue.

Her work is deeply shaped by her belief in community-centric fundraising, ethical practice, and long-term partnership. Heather brings both structure and heart to every project balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

Kinspire is the natural extension of her career: a space where experience, creativity, and collaboration meet to serve organizations doing meaningful work.
